Hire rates

The minimum hire duration is 1 hour and then blocks of 30 minutes thereafter. For use before 8.30am, a surcharge of £50 is applied on top of the normal hire fee.

Charities, non-profit organisations, private hire

  • Main hall: £20/hour
  • Bistro: £15/hour
  • Joe Hodgson room or training room: £15/hour
  • Main hall, kitchen and bistro: £25/hour
  • Kitchen and bistro: £20/hour
  • Whole hall: £31/hour

Business and commercial, government and public sector

  • Main hall: £40/hour
  • Bistro: £20/hour
  • Joe Hodgson room or training room: £20/hour
  • Main hall, kitchen and bistro: £55/hour
  • Kitchen and bistro: £40/hour
  • Whole hall: £52/hour

Concession – regular hires

  • Main hall: £17/hour
  • Bistro: £11/hour
  • Joe Hodgson room or training room: £12/hour

Bar hire

The bar is fully licensed and staff may be available. There is currently no charge for the bar but it’s expected that drinks purchased will cover staffing and other costs. Due to this, alcohol may not be brought onto the premises.

    • Modern sound/PA system with mixer desk and 4 microphones
    • Cinema projection facilities
    • Adjustable lighting
  • Parking: On-street parking is available
  • Heating: Efficient heating system throughout
  • Access: There is ramp access to the rear, a stairlift to the first floor, a hearing induction loop system and accessible toilets
