Hire rates

Small hall

Regular bookings: £15 for up to 3 hours and £5/hour thereafter
Occasional bookings: £40 for up to 4 hours and £10/hour thereafter

Large hall

Regular bookings: £18 for up to 2 hours and £9/hour thereafter
Occasional bookings: £60 for up to 4 hours  and £15/hour thereafter

Whole hall

Small and large hall rates added together

Use of film equipment or screen

Facilities

• Rooms:  Large hall and small hall – both with kitchens
  • The small hall has a kitchen area which has a sink with hot and cold water
  • The large hall has a stage which is used by visiting productions and the popular “Hamsterley Players”
• Main kitchen: Newly fitted and well equipped including an oven and a water boiler for large quantities of tea and coffee
  • Features a serving hatch with bifold doors
• Maximum capacity: Licensed for 150 throughout
  • 100 in the large hall (seated)
  • 30 (small hall)
• Equipment:
  • Adequate chairs, tables, crockery and cutlery
  • A large projection screen and projector
• Parking: There is a clearly signed drop off area for disabled access and parking is beside the village hall
• Access: The hall has ramp access and a large disabled toilet
• Heating: Available throughout the hall
